Innovatize is a China strategy consulting firm with corporate offices in Nevada and operational headquarters in Shanghai, China. Innovatize provides a range of consulting services with key focus areas of acquisition facilitation, operations/sales improvement, and commercial due diligence.
Our key executive’s experience in China includes management of large-scale production operations, implementation of statistical control systems, senior staff recruitment and development, building and managing nationwide sales networks, developing successful localized business and brand strategies, and working with both multinational and local customer bases within the China market.
